why my char name changed

why game keep changing my char names? first my main char change and they dont let me change what i want. now again with my other char in same account they change name to one silly thing. i am sick abouth it why you change and dont let me chose my name.

what is your level.

no accents
no numbers
and of course the nickname should not already be assigned

Maybe your Name(s) have been against the TOS?
