Revive cooldown in BGs

Does anyone know how the res time is calculated in BGs?

I tried to measure it but it's not the same all the time.

I think its a set timer when that bg started

res(surrection?)
It's always 5 minutes in combat, no cd out of combat.
As soon as you get out of combat, it also resets the cooldown.

No i mean the cooldown in bgs from when you click "Accept" on the death message to where you can move again.
