please help with quest

Hello,i just started game and made character in red faction)empire i think) on f2p server,i had no luck to find any players there that are lvling so i wanted to change faction, i made character in blue faction (no clue how are they called xd) but every time i was doing quest in that tutorial zone,one that tell you to kill young manticore game freezes.i try to relog but game stay frozen if i log on that character... i deleted and created 5 character there and all of them have same problem,someone please help? :(

sounds like a technical issue if the game is freezing
you should contact gamesupport
