TRIVIA of quest Image and Likeness

In level 78 we had a quest from citadel to search for the data of Nihaz Secret Sanctuary to Nogrom.

When you arrived the sanctuary and interact with the control device, a popup window will show some binary codes

I translated the codes and get this message:

what means:
Citadel Heart Data
Management model data

You can try get the code and convert to UTF-8 for yourself
