I think this build is more focused on pvp, but thanks anyway, I will use it in today domi.

As a pve support, Crit chance is good for any pve class since we have so many overkill stats for base, running 600-750 is a good start. Perhaps dominance if the damage boost is applicable. Rest you should even out into base stats, making it so that valiance influences your determination.
Bard however is broken for us on RU, important rubies no longer work and it's damage is below the sewers :(

Oh god that's so sad, I didn't knew that I was playing the worst class of the game ><. I will play with my reinc then and wait for the next patches. Hope it doesn't take to long thought... :")

Bard on Eu server is still Ok, but once we get future patches then yeh
