OldSchool player coming back to Allods

So, yeah, i'm installing it atm, after some long time of being inactive. Can anyone tell me which is the current patch? Is it 5.01 already?

I heard some people got banned for some reason, i just hope i dont experience that, because i'm too lazy to send tickets and that kind of stuff lol.
