Building ship

Hi all,
Being new to the game I am very excited on getting my hands on the astral ship.
I went through the forum and found out about getting quest at 35 from guide.
I took the quest and talked to the ship master in astral academy.
Now I am stuck on whats to be done next.

Can some1 please reply on how to move forward.

The quest log for that quest should give you the information you need. When I did it (before version 5.0 came out), the most ugly requirement was having to pay 1500 gold. Since then, the requirements may have changed, and the wait time after you start the shipbuilding process certainly has changed. For me, it was 33 days (reduceable), and I believe it is now 10 days.
Now f2p 60 Xadaganian summy with 60/60/60 tailor/weaponsmith/alchemist, bleah gear, 555/555 runes
Now p2p 28 Xadaganian avenger with 20 weaponsmith
I'm on an extended break from Allods at the moment, but I'm lurking here to keep up with what's happening. From the looks of things in 5.0.02, I'm better off where I am.
