the nonrussiangame is kinda dead in terms of growing population. you will play, fight and see the same people and their incas again and again.
new players dont continiue game coz of different reasons.
eg. there is no good forum to help with questions. the perspective play f2p and invest money is less attractiv then play another game with bigger community in regard of all the csitems.
p2w expende a lot since you stopped, with a lot more items to pay for that are highly p2w.

imho allods is a good game if you like the setup like look, mechanics, classes, pvp AND you have a bunch of friends, THEN you can even with 10bugs a month progress relativly fast and have fun.

allods is my first mmorpg ever and i would say, dont enter p2w if you arent fully aware of the effects on population like no one is interested in give you good advice or push you coz all are in a very fast ratrace. the old players have big advantages they tried to compensate with special events but didnt work. on good side is only all the trolls are old coz no normal kid will play this game atm.

Personally, I have been on the free to play server since May 2010, the pay to win is present indeed. But when you start a new chart you have a lot of stuff and item CS during leveling ant the community is active both league and empire.


It is true that the p2p server is not very populated but it is not by recommending players to go to RU that it will work out ...

pay to win means you can win by paying only

but in allods you can also farm to gain your things plus gear matters so much more than runes
if you play in a dedicated way and put some effort, you can reach top strenght without donating ever, several players including me have done this already
so allods is rather PLAY to win

of course if you only play casual you cant expect more than casual results in your character-development
but in this case even level 13 runes wont help you

p2p options have no p2w elements and this might be the solid choice instead.
Consider checking out Smuggler's Paradise as it gives a free week trial to try out. I suggest League as that's the most populated faction as of now.

you not rly want farm gold in 400-500ppl comunity game, i think that dismotivate ppl most

is it posible? yes

is it worth to spend that much time? nope, until you like play solo or with small number of players/friends
it's no longer 2012-2016 rly, so thers also less ppl what want grind from 0 to catch up to rest for 500ppl community that thay not even know or have any bounds to them

i recomended allods to many of my friends, thay said it's nice singleplayer game, then after reaching full lv usualy changed game as thay culd not do any content witchout investing havy to game (f2p) and pvp was unfriendly as thay got 2 shoted and culd not do much with it

Allods is not casual friendly, more of game for old generation ppl that liked power leveling or hard grind and average ppl don't have time to play 6-8h a day

thats why veterans pay 10-50 euro per month as thay are in to game inaf to do it
and small amount of ppl grind gold insted

if you compare to other mmorpgs, for 30-50euro you can get 2 expansions with over 8-9 maps, and new specialisations for your class :/

And thats why amount of ppl decresting as now new generation of ppl are used to easy games with fast rewards
only several number of players are dedicated inaf to build thay way on top only by grind
