Time void dungeon does not show up in the new server

Hi guys, I just reached level 23 and time void was supposed to show up in the group search windows inside dungeons tab, the quest exists but the dungeon does not exist, I'm in the new dawn server by the way, I forgot to mention the currency exchange as well
