The videos were said to be 1500/video, but I got only 1250 and when asked why, no answer has been given.
I would like to know wether I still will get my missing 250.
And if so not, then why?

A video that meets all the criteria can receive up to 1,500 crystals/Marks of Accomplishment (maximum of 3 videos per calendar month).
