Traps no longer work on PvE since 12.0.01.45

As title explained. traps no longer work since the last update 12.0.01.45
Anyone else noticing this? Also for PvP?

Hello, this Bug will be fixed with Update 12.0.01.50 (Version Number may be different on our Server)
