The Irene Dragon. Trusted or Respected?

The Irene Dragon. A beauty!
The quest says you need to be trusted by each reputation to get the signatures. However, they don't. And only the Respected reputations give their Signatures.
Even on the russian client it says trusted, but people there told me you need Respected. Incase anyone else was wondering :)
