Bonus gift for first account top up???

Hi, didn't it say you would get a valuable bonus gift for the first account top up??? Both my boyfriend and me just
put money in for the first time on our new accounts, and neither of us got anything through the mail..
Anyone got an idea or solution? 8|

I never heard about that since my.com is the new publisher (about 2 month and a half now).

Hello, when I opened the boutique for the first time it said so and even now it still keeps displaying : bonus, when you top up your account for the first time.
So I suppose this isn't something normal then?

Oh ok, the ingame icon !
It is only for new account, maybe that's why i can't see this offer.
Feel free to take screenshots and report this to the support team :

It may be something left from the russian version of the game. This the russian article about that :

As far as i know, we don't have this in our version, for the moment :).

Let us know what happen, we will also inform our Allods CM about that.
