Cannot accept EULA and General Rules

I recently downloaded Allods for the first time via Steam. Pressing “Play” opens the General Rules window to accept the user license and various rules. When I hover over “Cancel” and the “x” on the General Rules window, they highlight orange, and I can select them, which closes the game. “Accept” remains grayed out, and I am unable to select it, leaving me stuck on the General Rules window.

I have clicked on each of the blue links (End User Agreement, Game Rules, Forum Rules, and Privacy Policy), and scrolled through the information on each page that opened.

The My.Games Allods website indicates that I am logged in via my Steam account. I have restarted my laptop and verified the files using both Steam and the game’s Client window.

Has anyone perhaps experienced this issue, or maybe has information on what I may be doing wrong? Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
