i have a message that i cannot deposit or destroy and it contains in my backpack

title says it all, the message is called "message from cosmos" "dominus of creation summons you to the observatory" when i picked this up from mailbox i was doing story missions so after doing that i got this message and now i cant drop it or sell it or even deposit on bank how do i get rid or what do i do with this summon he does not even have a thing to tell me
