Ödeme Sorunu

17 Aralık tarihinde kristal çektim fakat hesaba yüklenmedi. Destek ekibiyle konuştuğum zaman ise kendilerine ödeme gelmediğini PagSeguro ile iletişim kurmamı istediler. Ben bu şirketle nasıl iletişim kurayım? Elimde provizyon kodu var ödeme yaptığıma dair PDF var ama çözüm bulmaya çalışan yine benim olmamı bekliyorlar.
