The support aims to answers tickets as soon as possible, but due to the nature queue system sometimes that take more then a couple of days.
Due to time zones, It can also depend the time of day that you submitted the ticket. If it was around this time on Tuesday, then it would have come in after the working hours had finished, and thus only one day will have passed (going by working days anyway).
Hopefully they should get to your ticket tomorrow, if not please send me a PM over the weekend with your ticket ID and I will forward it to be checked on on Monday!
