Can't get my addons to work :( HELP

I have installed and activated addons and i see them in game but they show nothing and i cant interact with them. What have i done wrong?

I have tried earlier versions and both manual install and via update helper

Addons on alloder.pro are made for RU server, means 16.0 while EU is still on 15., do not use the updater addon and install previous versions made for 15.0

i have tried several versions, i think it is something with steam messing it up :(
