Any plans to reset CURRENT SEASON 4 ranks very quickly before people start making serious attempts?

It seems there was a bug when some people were transferred over that allowed them to still have their season 3 wave for season 4 so there are alot of people with the temporary titles and waves that were achieved from a previous season counting towards this one.

I know Wraith said he was going to work on getting an answer for this, but i havent seen anything yet. So has there been any update on this yet? The longer it sits the more angry people would be if a reset happens.
