Runes values

Everyone has noticed the runes and crystal chips chaneg. For all who care, these are the values and gold costs of combining 2 lvl 5 runes from -7 to 0. Later I'll calculate for other levels, I have to get to work now. I used 0.85 for the value of gold dust (veteran badge). With guardian badge, it is ~0.81. Last 2 digits of the gold dust values are omitted because it made calculating easier, saved me one dividing by 100 for every calculation. The value of 1 cc I assumed to be 30g for the sake of this (currently, it is 29g)

Currently, it looks like it is most viable to keep the slider in the middle when combining lvl 5s, although I have not done any calculations with moving it to the right, which could be even cheaper. What they have done is basically adjust the values for current and future inflation.

I had made an excel sheet to calculate the optimum rune combinations.
The sheet was valid before update.

Making it public here
edit: file updated ( based on assumption of cc*5.5 and dust *300); You still need to confirm the numbers in table.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8MbqKu…dit?usp=sharing

YOu can download this for your own reference.

If some1 has new table please update them from row 6 to 21 and kindly email me.

If you can provide new table then I can make necessary changes myself and update sheet for every1's reference.

Edit: wherever you see 3 columns together they are CC, dust and gold respectively.
As i was making this for myself i didn't name them and now i m too lazy to open file.

Multiply the CC numbers by 5.5 and the GD ones by 300 and you'll be very close of the real table.

So whats cheaper? More GD or more CC? Or is it smarter to keep the calculator in the middle? With my opinion i think its cheaper to buy more cc than GD (gold dust)

Well the cc prices are gonna keep changing and so is the balance.
I would suggest get the excel sheet and update the table (for the rune you are making). fill the table as per game combinations (can be checked by moving slider positions in game) and you would know which combination is cheaper.
It really doesnt take much time to be sure which option is economical.

I meant 10/100 is now 55/3000
5/12800 is now 28/3840000
And so on.

From my math.....
Runes have become astronomically more expensive lol.
Because they are not sold in bundles anymore...it's absolutely horrible.
I'm glad my runes are where they are at.
Good luck everyone else trying to up your runes...I feel horrible for you.

That seems to be the case.

Below is the cost needed to make rune from lvl 1 to which lvl you need. i.e. lvl 6 rune needs 80k g if you don't have earlier runes.
Before update:
with cc = 300 g
CC Dust Gold
lvl 1 0 0 0.475
lvl 2 5 12800 1622.55
lvl 3 18 35200 5736.3
lvl 4 48 99200 15346.2
lvl 5 113 241664 36203.408
lvl 6 252 548096 80822.112
lvl 7 543 1193344 174267.168
lvl 8 1145 2532480 367619.36

After patch with CC = 29 g and table cc* 5.5 and dust*300
* Approximate values
lvl 1 0 0 0.475
lvl 2 55 30000 1880.95
lvl 3 193 105000 6596.4
lvl 4 524 243900 17516.85
lvl 5 1235 589200 41420
lvl 6 2751 1330200 92431.1
lvl 7 5920 2888100 199147.35
lvl 8 12467 6117900 419723.85

btw optimum positions are as below
Optimum
lvl 2 rune making --> 55 30000 1880
lvl 3--> 83 45000 2834.5
lvl 4--> 138 33900 4324.05
lvl 5--> 187 101400 6386.3
lvl 6--> 281 151800 9591.1
lvl 7--> 418 227700 14285.15
lvl 8--> 627 341700 21429.15
Note: Assumption is new table is 55* cc and 300* dust compaired to old table

:( i started rune upgrading after patch .......

:( i started rune upgrading after patch .......

Ouch.

I haven't looked into this part of the post-patch fallout yet, but my runes had reached 555/555 before the patch, at which point I decided that the cost was getting a bit high for my taste and that I would at least give it a break before pushing on. Looks from this thread like that's not going to happen. ;( X( ?( :thumbdown: :huh:
Now f2p 60 Xadaganian summy with 60/60/60 tailor/weaponsmith/alchemist, bleah gear, 555/555 runes
Now p2p 28 Xadaganian avenger with 20 weaponsmith
I'm on an extended break from Allods at the moment, but I'm lurking here to keep up with what's happening. From the looks of things in 5.0.02, I'm better off where I am.

Upgrading runes have already been way too expensive and they did seriously make it even more expensive?
GG =S

sadly, i can confirm this

old 100 450 BC - 100CC - 1CC=4,500BC <---- old 100piece pack
new 450 BC - 1200CC - 1CC=0,375BC

old 1000 3080 BC - 1000CC - 1CC=3,080BC <---- old 1000 piece pack
new 3080 BC -12000CC - 1CC=0,257BC

now 000.5BC - 1CC=0,500BC

so the result is:
former 1000pack was 0,257BC / shard
former 1000 pack was 0,375BC / shard

and new shardprice is 0,500BC / shard

thats x2 price of CC

....and no, this is NOT agains free players, because those who use real $ buy CC too...

I'm glad my runes are where they are at.

same here... :rolleyes:

Currently, it looks like it is most viable to keep the slider in the middle

i came to the same result

New people? Once they do the math themselves on how much it will cost they will run for the hills.

Exactly, because Allods is that good of a game, they can experiment however they want with the playerbase and know that most of them will still play.
