Hello everyone,
I am currently stuck in the Ferris questline and I cannot figure out how to continue.
The Quest Finder repeatedly gives me the quest:
“New Adventures: Murk”
The quest description says that Murk is waiting for me at Ice Oasis in Deadly Frostland, but Murk does not appear anywhere.
Here is what I have already checked:

• Ferris → Deadly Frostland → Tungar Camp
• Ferris → Deadly Frostland → Surveyors Camp
• The frozen lake and surrounding areas
• The coastline and possible Ice Oasis locations
• Avilon → Historians Camp
• Avilon → Dark Citadel
• The glowing hologram inside Dark Citadel

There are no available quests from any NPC in Tungar Camp or Surveyors Camp.
In Avilon, there are also no available quests in Historians Camp, and the hologram inside Dark Citadel is visible but cannot be interacted with.
I remember completing the earlier quest where I used the jetpack to travel from Avilon to Ferris / Deadly Frostland.
I also remember completing the part where negotiations with the Tungars failed, I had to fight them, and the camp was taken over.
The NPCs are still present in these camps, but none of them offer any quests.
I tried abandoning “New Adventures: Murk” and using Quest Finder again, but it simply gives me the exact same quest again.
I have also never completed the Ferris raid quest chain, and at the moment I do not have any quest or dialogue option from Maas-Tyna that allows me to start that progression.
Another important detail is that in my World Mysteries, Gods of Sarnaut – Stage 2 is still incomplete, and that stage appears to involve Avilon, Ferris and the Gates Project storyline.
At this point it looks like my character may be stuck in an incorrect quest phase or missing a prerequisite quest.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Does anyone know:

• Which exact quest makes Murk appear at Ice Oasis?
• Which NPC should give the prerequisite quest?
• Whether there is another way to unlock Hazy Mountains / continue the Ferris storyline?
• Whether this requires a quest reset from Support?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
