Depending on the issue you have, it could be anywhere between a few hours and until you put in a request.
If you have created a new account with the same email address you initially registered with, it will require manual intervention to resolve.

The eternal support conundrum, how to fix issues while also feeding constant updates about how you are fixing it.
This strikes me as a really technically awkward issue to resolve, that will be requiring significant intervention from their technical team - simply from working with similar migrations in the past.
