characters issue

i havnt play this game for like 1-1.5 year and now when i get in icant find my old characters they all deleted , what i must do to have them back.

Hello,

In order to get your characters back, you have to transfer your old Allods' gPotato/Webzen account to a new My.Com account. It may take a while, as it requires sending a request to Customer Support :

- if you're a former gPotato player coming from EU or NA servers and need to migrate your gPotato account, please open a ticket and provide as much information as possible, so that we were able to identify you as an account owner. Please provide your gPotato ID, name/class/level of the characters created under this account, name of the guild(s) you're a member of, last login time to the game. Add screenshots, if possible.
Everything is explained, you just need to click on "submit a ticket" and wait for a few days.

All EU servers got merged with NA servers on march 18th 2014, when Mail.ru/My.com B.V. get the game back from gPotato/Webzen.

There is now 2 servers :
- New Frontier is the historical F2P server, with an ingame Cash Shop.
- Smugglers Paradise is a relatively new server (october 2013) with a subscription
