i did make a new account on my.com, then i merged and got the msg saying that it was merged.

now if i try again i get "Hello, xxxxxx! Your gPotato ID has been
already migrated to the My.com account base, if you experience any
issues while log in to the game, write to support.my.com."

Just piping in again. I got the "verify this email address" email.

Logged into the game, all my chars were there, couldn't get past the char selection screen due to the progressive download.

So, the instructions I posted worked, for me at least.

Having now done some further further testing, it looks like the My.Com Allods user database is not yet fully integrated with the main my.com account database.

I've used my very, very old NA account (pre-Gipat!) to test, and when I try to change my details, my username and email are reserved on this site, but not on My.com.

Patience padawans.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

If you cant access the support page it means you are not logged in.

Just to troubleshoot this, you are trying to log in onto the site with which email address and pass?

You should log in with the email and pass you used to register your new my.com account, not the old email and pass you had during gpot times.

The email address is the one you made your my.com account with.

The gpot account has been merged with the my.com account. From now on you should use the my.com email address.

Yeah, that's going to change the fact they already have enough to do without worrying about a raft of identical tickets that just require patience for them to finalise the merge.

i used the email address i registered with my.com when i made a new account, firefox saved info confirms that its the right email address. its the same email address i used for the in game tool. xxxxxxx@gmail.com never recieved a confirmation email, and cannot login to anything with the info setup with, i try to make a new account using that info, it says that my username, and my email address are already in use, aka, by me...

The email address is the one you made your my.com account with.

The gpot account has been merged with the my.com address. From now on you should use the my.com email address.
Sadly it is not. Maybe I misstyped (but I kinda doubt to be honest, I checked when entering info), maybe something went wrong. Basicaly I transfered my original account to the database, but it's not the email it was supposed to be.

I tried registering using the same email and it went through, that's why I created this nick triforcebih2, but this is a new account and my old has been merged already.

I'm kinda confused at this point...

Your email addresses have been registered in the My.com Allods database.

This is not fully integrated with the main my.com database.

This is why you can not log in.

You cannot fix this.

You must wait.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Since I'm just sitting here waiting for the progressive download to finish I'll reiterate.

Lets call your old gpot account "A" - it contains all the log in info (email address, password and so on) it also includes all your in-game info (chars, levels, runes, gold and whatnot)

Problem is that the word transfer was tossed around quite a bit. One could've easily figured your "A" account would just get moved to my.com
THIS IS FALSE.

The "A" account is getting merged with your "B" account, "B" account being the account you made on my.com - it has it's own log in and pass info, different from the "A" account.

So the notion is that you log into your "B" account, then activate the transfer, this will in turn merge the in-game info from account "A" to your new account "B", which has it's own log in and pass - which you should use to log in.

This is only partially correct.

If you merged without an existing My.Com account, then your account has not yet replicated from the merging staging area to the main My.Com databases.

You can cause some interesting conflicts by creating an account on My.Com after merging.

Let me make sure I got this straight. You opened a new my.com account with the same email address you used with your gpot account?

Okey, sorted now. Actually that transfer instruction is way off.

You have to make a new my.com account. New email address, new password etc.

While you are logged in with your new my.com account, use the transfer tool. You accounts will become MERGED.

The whole problem was that you were not actually transferring your gpotato account, you were merging it with a my.com account.

Did all the steps as noted above, logged in and all my stuff is right were I left it.

Hope this helps.
Then i was right. So follow my instructions or that guy above - everything should be fine
I making new accont and merging and .... i have 0 charr . NOT WORKED for me!
