I have exactly the same problem, I did not know what to do and I tried reseting the password (thinking I forgot my password) but it sad that e-mail is invalid (wich cannot be). Also I can not login to anywhere (not my.com not allods.com nor game), and I did not get my verification e-mail.
I tried making new account with new e-mail adress, but when go account transfer i get a message saying that my original e-mail and username are allready merged, and to contact suport.my.com (wich i did but no response yet). :cursing:

I've opened tickets for this bug that I have no toons when I login.
Would I receive some email confirming it was resolved?
How can I follow up with my open ticket?

i cant login

i got the comfirmation e-mail but i cannot login to my.com (invalid pass or account) and i cant login ingame too (same error message+make sure you are in N/A server).

I've sent an email to this adress allods_support@corp.my.com yestarday morning with following informations:
Avatar name; Username; gpotato username and my email adress.

Also I explained to them what my problem is and what I tried to do and what I encountered, with attached screenshot of responce i got at allods.com.

If there is another way of sending a support ticket please explain me.

I'm not sure if that is linked to the formHERE or not - I would probably do another to be on the safe side.

Yesterday morning I also made a ticket at allods.com, I made a new email adress and registered it to my.com and here, and send them a support ticket containimg my avatar name, username, gpotato username and original email adress.

So I hope somebody will read it eventualy and send me verification email.

Thank you for your help, you are the only one who responded to me and gave me hope.

I seem to be in the same situation as a lot of other folks here in that i try to log in and i get.
Sorry, unrecognized username or password

I try and change password in case something went screwy and i get.

Invalid email address
And as far as i can tell the only E-mail about the transfer i have gotten so far is just telling me how i should go about the process of transferring my account which should have already been done.

i had tried a number of times before and i just tried again now and i get taken to a login/registration combo page and i tried punching in my log in info again and got the same result.

Should i use the E-mail that was intended to be transferred?
Or a different one as i have seen some losing characters due to E-mail duplication.
