I have exactly the same problem, I did not know what to do and I tried reseting the password (thinking I forgot my password) but it sad that e-mail is invalid (wich cannot be). Also I can not login to anywhere (not my.com not allods.com nor game), and I did not get my verification e-mail.Well I have other problem wen I tried to reset my password it says " Invalid email address"
Anyone have this problem too or just me ?
I've opened tickets for this bug that I have no toons when I login.
Would I receive some email confirming it was resolved?

I tried making new account with new e-mail adress, but when go account transfer i get a message saying that my original e-mail and username are allready merged, and to contact suport.my.com (wich i did but no response yet).
I've sent an email to this adress allods_support@corp.my.com yestarday morning with following informations:Dewon, try resetting your password.
