[Mount] Resolve Roll bug or unbound Mounts

Hello,

At this moment , every mount you can loot in astral is bound when picked up (Rhino , Mammoth , Cat)
Problem is that both Mammoth and Cat go into player's inventory without roll. So people begin to stock up Cat item without use , cause they can't pass on it to give it to someone who dont have it and they can't trade it with people later cause it is bound.

So can you please look into it and unbound thoses mounts or make them rollable.

And for people answering this , remember it is for P2p , as title say
