New Frontier Tears dont work on summy

Tears dont work on summy

When i use dark vigor talent in a summy build, tears dont decrase the cooldown.
At rank 2 the cooldown is 3m if i use rare, epic or legend dragon tears.
and btw remove time 5/3/2.5 when u see ALL other classes with abtilitys with 2.5m cd at rank 1.

Hello Lobomau,

the tears work fine. As you can see in the description of dark vigor, the tears increase the duration of the effect with higher quality-tears and don't decrease the cooldown. The cooldown just decreases with higher rank of the skill itself.
