Suggestion and question to devs

The luck rubies say e.g. "increases luck by 10%". Does that mean the default 5% + additional 10%? Or does that mean 10% of the default 5%?

I would like to herewith ask the devs this question since only they know for sure and if possible ask to add a more clear description regarding the effect of the luck rubies.

If a mod could relay this to a dev it would be highly appreciated by many players including me.

Does it really still say 10%? Luck is no longer a % stat and the rubies are +3/+6/+9 (not a %)
