Transfer Process is Hell

Hey Everyone,

After quitting this game back in 2012, I've decided to try and come back to try it out again. Little did I know how terrible the transfer process is to get your characters back. It seems that My.com's strategy is to discourage old players from coming back as much as possible. It's been over 2 weeks and I am simply fed up. I guess I'll have to take my ball and go elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to rejoining this community.

Nice my.com...nice.
We all knew this was coming.
Get your $h1t together and put HIGH PRIORITY on transfers dammit.
Losing players sucks in an already semi-small population.

Hi

I'm sorry it gives you that impression, it is certainly not the case, we are more then happy to welcome old players back into the fold.
Just a very complex procedure, with quite high security requirements (after all, would you be happy if your account was given to someone because they gave a character name and that's it..) performed by a relatively small team.
While I do agree that transfer tickets should be important, it is dangerous to do them at the expense of all of the other tickets.

I've already responded to this in more depths via PM. As such, I'll close this thread now.
Any further points should be directed to me via PM.
