how to stop the download during play?

I dont think you can, but one thing you can do is limit Allods download speed using NetLimiter (Thats what i did when i lived in Indonesia with poor internet) and it should balance out the DL for the files and for the game itself. Though im not sure if it still works!

you mean the progressive download of the gamepatches? well its asking you before its updating if you want a full download

if you click yes it should download the whole upgrade before playing and this should be faster than while playing

As I was told.....
You will still do the progressive download even though you click that little box saying you want a full download.
