where is tech support?

I have Submitted a ticket and posted on the forum but NO RESPONSE !!! and it's been several days. does my.com not want people playing their games and spending money on their games?

I have become really annoyed waiting for a resolution to my tech issue infact when I have gone to other games for tech support and I receive a response in ONE day or less.Heck if I went to a store and had to wait this long to receive service the store would be out of business within months. so hows Allods doing?

For some reason Customer Service seems to take a long time. I have had a ticket that took 4 weeks to answer. Last tickets I sent I was lucky enough to have a mod see that I sent some from a post and they got a hold of me asking for my ticket numbers and forward it on to a CM and it was answered the next day.

Anyway Good Luck getting it answered.
