Maxim Bugov - NPC with quests for Heroic Instances

Bort Quarter was the place in Nezebgrad where you could find Maxim Bugov - near the Portal Keeper Roman Mishin. He had some repeatable quests for lvl 40 players in Heroic Version of the instances you did up to this lvl. Now with the new update and client the NPC is gone.

Is he stil in the game but in another location ? Can we stil do Heroic instances from another NPC ?

they aparently took out heroics. just drop them if you had them. If you are stuck at lvl 39-42 your SOL for good grinding, just do low exp crap reps -_-
