No Mark of Fates for Elite bosses ?

Um i thought there suppose to use mark of fates on those bosses even if you cant solo them im kinda sick of asking high levels to come and help since their too busy or not even online on P2P server ... please fix this

But again i dont want to be pain in the ass to high level begging for help this why we need mark of fate on these elite quests :(
