Whom do I contact-- can't transfer my NA account, says doesn't exist

Hi!

When I try to log into Allods since the merger (I had already transferred to my email address before the merger on 3/18 .), it tells me there is no such account. And when I try and transfer my account again, it tells me there is no gpotato account with that name so I can't transfer it.

What do I do? Sorry, but the website isn't too informative.

Make sure you're trying to login with the email address you used to register with my.com. Logging in with your old gPotato ID will no longer work.
