reincarnations

someone told me that reincarnation debuff doesnt go away till 60, and you cant transfer spells i thought it was 51/55?

Nope, since the 4.0 patch it's been required to level reincs to the maximum level to remove the egg debuff. It was 55 then, so now you have to get them to 60.

tbh I am leveling a psi reinc in this new patch and I haven't encountered really any issues leveling, yeah i can't pull more than 1 mob but, I think its fine.

well i mean its tedious and lengthy. It could have been like 5 levels lower than the level cap, like it was when the cap was 51 and reincarns had to be 45.
