Please help me with a few simple questions

I just started and have a few questions.
1. How do i talk in general chat or world chat? I had a megaphone in my bag with 10 charges
2. Is there a way to repeat the last thing i just typed in chat. Like a shift R or something
3. also i saw the return spell button once, but now i cant seem to find it.

Thanks everyone, i am really enjoying this game, just been out for a while so i have lots to learn

/world for world chat (you need to buy Bundle of astral megaphones from the cash shop)

/z is Zone chat to chat in the zone you are in.

To repeat the last thing you said open a chat box and press the Up Arrow key.

The return spell I think you mean Adventurers stone. Press I to open your inventory menu and it is the yellow thing at the bottom.
