So, in the translated patch notes and the russian talent calculator, vicious blow,reflex action and crippling blow description says that at 3 stacks of trick you get 200% more damage on next use. But ingame the description is only 120% for the first 2 and 170% for crippling. Is the description wrong or have the hotfixes not implemented in the game (these values were in 5.2, but got bumped up to 200% in the following hotfixes).

I'm asking this because I can't really tell because of the spread damage.

Yes, I'm talking about scout. I would post the question on the scout subforum, but since not many scouts are active and usually me and other 2 people are the only ones answering questions over there, I don't think it will get an answer.
This is also a description issue I think, patchnotes for 5.0.2 say that the skills should have a 200% increase at third strike, this is backed up by the russian talent calculator. But ingame and on the english calculator it's only 120% and 170%. I haven't had the time to test it, considering the damage on these skills vary between 2 damage numbers and with 20% crit chance scouts have now, it's hard to tell.
Feel free to move it to the proper section if you like, I just thought it would be more visible here. Or maybe I should raise a ticket?
