build for lvl up

hi guys.
i have my reinca mage and i'm looking for build for fast lvl up. At the moment he's lvl 27 and allready took some fire rubies.
present build:

Ice + lightning gives the best DPS but is more 'stay-in-place' build where as fire +ice is more 'mobile' build and is good for pvp.
