thats a full dps ranged build with some heals, if you want pvp you need healing rubies, rubies that you wont take in a dps build.
Fireofdeath -70 - demonologist
Puffypuf - 65 - furball warden
Rensy - 65 - paladin
Akyrra - 70 - psionicist healer
Turquiose - 60 - bard
Springfull - 60 - mage
FoxBee - 31 warden

thats a full dps ranged build with some heals, if you want pvp you need healing rubies, rubies that you wont take in a dps build.

-10% dps from my PVP build for raid and -18% for solo hunt/ "full" dps :D

i think this one should work fine (48 rubees is not really that much -.- )

its not the best dps,not the best heal but should work in every situation except pvp (buts its more or less focusing on dps)

No master of nature? aka retreat pet very often?
AV? why av in dps build since you dont have rubies?
Call of the wind? R1? why in the world, since it does miserable dmg?
Natural rage R1 instead of R3?
Heightened senses? why you need em as dps? you cant sie since you're ranged...

One and all without calculating mind is useless, you'll get only 2 max 3 stacks of Static charge in 1 rotation aka 2-3% for shred, considering what you lose 6% by not taking all Natural Rage it won't be enough to compensate.

Why not chomp? since you won't get healing rubies r3 on heals won't make such a big difference.

1) usefull for p2p, useless for f2p/ See kanian warden ability
2) it is bug)))
3) usual "empty" ruby with more dps, then NR
4) works only for basic attacks. It have 0.15% of full dps per ruby in dps build
5) for survivability) Dead dd is bad dd
6) There is wrong description. In real life you have 3 stacks of SC and +7*SC % of hit. It give you +10% dps and 5-6 stacks after first combo.

agree with most of your points selune but not on the 1 ! the crappy kanian racial is not enough to keep your pet infight :/ in a raid i have master of nature max,use the racial AND use unity with nature on cd but its still always a close call to make it -.- so without master of nature you stand there without pet which will drastically decrease your dps^^
