Christmas Truce is this :
http://guilds.en.allods.com/forum/topics…christmas-truce
It means no dominion bids for Christmas and New Year's eve (and no fights on wednesday's dominions) so that people can spend this time of the year with their family, or anything else, without worrying about what could happen ingame.
And given that this one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas_truce happened 100 years ago this year, it might be a good time to have an extra-special one.

I saw this thread and immediately thought of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOM0Vk1cqjs Is that what you meant by truce?![]()
Quoted
but it was some sort of a tradition on EU servers.

I don't know if NA had this, but it was some sort of a tradition on EU servers. Now that a lot of communities are together, i don't know if everyone on New Frontier/Smugglers Paradise is concerned by those holidays.
