JC bug

we all know that we had 2 JC in skirmishes before 25.12 maint., one that was so-so working (lvl 60) and one that was bugged (lvl23). now we have only lvl23 one..

so the question is - is it only me being "lucky" to attend bugged JC, or they really removed working one while leaving the bugged one in the skirmishes?
