I think people ask this a lot here, but is this game still pay2win?

I heard from my friend that Allods Brazil is going to merge with this server and I remembered the good times of playing Allods and now I kind of want to play it again, but I left the game exactly because it was too pay2win for me, I even bought like three times, but after some time I just left the game.

So I just want to create an account and play the game from the start again.

I'm not really into pvp, I just want to know if I can just level up without annoyances and play the game just fine without paying.

Yes, if you prefer to progress fast and dont want to farm hours. There is also a Pay to Play Server with a smaller community. I play on P2p and the community as far as i know is friendly and there is not much pressure.

I made this thread ages ago, so it's a tiny bit out of date.
The numbers are accurate if you multiply them by 1.60 to get the current crystal ratio of 93:1.
There has also been some CS items added, so I might have missed something.
I cannot read through this entire thread right now, as I am at work, so therefore, you have to determine how useful it is to you.

I think I really don't heave enough time to play this game, at least not this year.

for proper thriving of you char you need time or money and a lot of patience

if you are low on time your progress will also be very slow

however you can still just play at "your speed" and not hurry at all :)

Yeah but I wanted to get some cool(not so cool) items and do raids fast, I will try recovering my old account.

worse than ever, and getting worse, merge only heled with skirmish pop, other things no, still same or worse :(

everything is still farmable but takes x3-x4 time than before

while SOME things has become x3 (or whatever) more expensive (remember, lootpet for example got cheaper, basc mounts too, small amounts of CC also got cheaper in relation etc)
the goldincome also has become x3 (or even x4)

comparing the gain of BC when i started the game and now, its now much better (not only because i have a strong char now, its the same for the chars with only runes 211.111 and nothing else)
