Do you have any characters on New Frontier or Smugglers Paradise with your my.com account ? Or is it just a matter of "e-mail" ?

If you already have a my.com account, then they will transfer your BR characters on your already existing my.com account :

I can read that you'll have to create a my.com account.
I would say that it's not necessary to erase your account, if you have to re-create it with the same email ?

If you really want to delete your my.com account, then you'll need to contact the support team.
http://account.my.com/profile/userinfo/ and then search for the "support" link, at the bottom of the page, you'll have a contact email.
