how to reset dungeons?

checking but is there any easy way get dungeon reseted after doing it during leveling? (I'm sure there was some way but cant remember anything past wait half an hour)

Dismissing the party in dungeon normally works for me.
If you're not in a party you can get someone else to party up with you, enter the dungeon then disband it.

That's a little bit confusing.

It would be better to say that reset happens at 0300GMT(UTC) or 0400CET(Server time zone). GMT(UTC)+1=CET.

However, I think everyone's clients gives event times in local time (where they are in the world), so no one should have to think too hard about this once we get comfortable with the game.
