How do I get Astral keys

Where do I go and what do I do to get astral keys. :?:

Turn 60, get the quest to go to wellebell, go to wellebell, turn quest in.

and once you used all of your keys you will get 8 pieces every week at thursday
(if you dont use them they stack as surreal keys; you will automatically convert 4 surreal to real every week)
