you can just allow your firewall to let Allods Online "pass" instead of turning it off,

go to control panel -> system & security -> windows firewall -> left side , click the "give acces by windows firewall to an app or component" (idk but mine is dutch so idk if i translate it exactly -> look for allods online and confirm it.
