So let say I get a level 65 chestpiece at legend level, with 0 progress to mythical, then I can use the enchantment lens on it and get a lvl 66 legend chestpiece? Or does echantment lens work only on green items?

Well, getting level 66 upgraders might prove difficult seeing as they drop from layer 3 of difficulty. So people like me, who still have blue gear or new players will probably only upgrade the lvl 65 gear and maybe convert it to 66 later on, probably around epic. Dunno how hard layer 3 is.

Yeah, you can turn a 65 into a 66.

Butttttttttttttt...

It costs weekly crap that is acquired from astral or whatever.
So therefore, you will not be able to get full level 65 legend and then all the sudden BOOM buy all this shit and turn into level 66 legend because you will not have the required currency to do so.

I don't know the exact numbers, however, it will be something like this.
In order to purchase a level 66 legend from 65 legend it will cost you 2.5 weeks worth of currency you have farmed.
Therefore, you'll only be able to change ONE piece of gear from 65 to 66 every 2.5 or more weeks.
So this will actually leave you at a disadvantage if you continue trying to do this.

6.0 enchanted gear?

So have i gotten this right...

In 6.0 you first upgrade your gear by going astral and wild shore until you reach fabled.

THEN you get lvl 66 gear, and restart at common gear again?

to be honest i find this strange all say this 3 layer will be hard but i read somewhere you have 40+ death per island? o.o i mean lol wtf you can wipe at every boss nd still make it completly? and this is hard then?

No.

There are 3 sectors of astral (for now until more is unlocked).

S1-S2 drops level 65 gear.

S3 drops level 66 gear.

So you can go to s1-s2 and get level 65 gear and then upgrade it into level 66 gear later.

Or you can go s3 and get level 66 gear and skip that part about upgrading the gear again.

(You still have to upgrade from common/rare/epic/legend/mythic, but you can skip the large cost of gold and resources that it costs to upgrade from level 65 to 66.)

I THINK it does UNTIL the next sectors (rare upgraders) is unlocked.

I just found out how exactly the new astral and sectors work. It's not that sectors just don't cost keys. "Old sectors" stop costing keys as new ones become available. I noticed that when my server unlocked legend astral and s4 and s5 also stopped costing keys.
