Question about dungeons/instances

Hello all! So I'm still kinda new, sorry for the possibly nooby question, but was just trying to figure out how dungeon "resets" work. Is there a way to reset a dungeon or instance, so that I can just keep doing it. A run with mercs is just a nice chunk of exp, and being able to spam a dungeon a few times would be great for when I run out of quests. Thanks!

It used to be a simple remaking party would reset it but now it's time based. I believe most instances reset every 30 minutes, defiled ruins not included in that list.
