Returning Player Questions

I left sometime back and just had my characters restored (thank you) and was wondering a few things:

1. Where are all my runes?
2. Where's my ship?

I had mid-high level runes and everything appears to be gone and nothing in my bags in terms of runes or components.

Hello,

You need to click on your patronage icon, on your character portrait to see your runes.
Your ship should be in the Astral Hangar, at the Astral Academy. There's a new teleport plateform at the port of your capital, that leads to the Astral Academy, and then, it's the same as before, you go to the hangar, and summon your ship.
Ask for someone in game to explain how to get there :).
