I don't know what caused my problem

Oke so I played the game when the level cap was 51 and I also reached it. Then I couldn't play for a long while because my PC crashed :P

Now I play it again on my level 51 but I cannot get to Irdrich/ pearl ring. I have asked a lot of players in game how to fix it but they couldn't really help me out. Almost everyone says I have to get a strange email from the mail dude and then I get a quest but I just don't have this mail. I also tried everything else from talking with aidenus to just checking my mail again it just didn't work. And before people ask I completed all quests until the cradle so I should have had it.

Can someone pls help me with this so I can also become level 60

Talk to the Postman - he should have something to say!
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Try going to your daily pots lady and see if she gives you a quest

What quests do you have in your quest log?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Hi,

Do you play on league side since the beginning ?

You may return to each zone, and see if there is a missing quest somewhere ?
Are most of your WM finished ? Can you tell which ones left in your quest book ?
